It always happens where others can see a difference before you do. I know this by first hand when I did go on one of my yo yo diets. Sometimes it takes your head a while to catch up with your body. You're doing good and YOU'RE my inspiration.

You definitely will have a food craving after surgery, exactly because you can not eat anything besides liquids and paste style food. Don't worry about it, its normal. As time goes on and you get use to your new stomach you will start to get over it. You can try blending food to a paste, its what I do to pass the time and get me something tasty. In the end though, its all down to will power. I was at a party today and people were chowing down soda and pizza, but I resisted and drank some protein drink.

You will do fine. You can do it. Just stick to your program and chose not to eat those food. I know I crave things from time to time, but I can't eat it so I don't think about it.
