    I'm in the middle of one right now..I'm 6 months out and haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks and have been kind flipping out. I'm not going to look at the scale anymore for awhile. I feel great and I'm doing everything I should be doing so I have no reason to think I'm done losing weight.

    Thank you for my pic comment. I'm flattered. I feel good much of the time, and I am more confident in public. Yes indeed, it's the best thing in the world to walk upright with your head held high. I haven't had that feeling in quite a long time.

I'm trying to figure out how to get one of those little scale things that show my weight loss but I can't figure it out...Can anyone tell me how?

I'm about 6 months out and 82 pounds down. I haven't lost any weight at all in about 2 weeks. Is that normal? Will it start again?
