Hey you...just checking in! My 2-month is tomorrow and I guess yours is coming up. My loss slowed WAY down, but I'm still feeling okay. I was 215 this morning.

I ended up having a margarita and it was FABULOUS! :-) i'm gonna try sangria the next time around. Hope ALL is GREAT with you...and happy holidays!

Hey you, I weighed in yesterday, new weight is 236. I'm happy with it. Are you still at 235 or have you lost more. Everyone on here says not to compare, but I CAN'T help it, lol. Its been raining like crazy, so my long walks have disappeared and I know that I won't succeed without exercise..its too early to mess that up. BLAH.

170 - 180 is my goal. But like you said, I have no idea what my body is capable of. Good luck going back to work. I personally don't think I can go back to work until I mastered the regular foods phase. My job is way too high paced for me to go back at this time, so I plan to take it nice and slow for a bit and try and master my new friend.

I totally understand. I feel fab one day, run around a bit, and the next day I am totally out of it. I'm back to work on Monday and I'm hoping it doesn't kill me.

Well, I'm 5'7"..and a half :-) So we are very similar. Have you set a goal weight? I haven't....I just have no idea what my body is capable of, ya know? I've been heavy my whole adult life....
