Thanks hun for the update. I am going to get my walking on for sure. Just trying to heal more. I gained 7lbs in the hospital too, so I am recupperating from that. Thanks for the Happy Birthday wishes.

I did 3 10 minute walks a day in and around the house from the 4th day after surgery and starting day 6 I added a 20 minute walk outside once a day. As of day 8 I was doing 2 10-15 minute walks and 20 minutes of VERY low impact aerobics. I started going to the gym after 1 month(and exercising an hour a day at the gym or at home.)
Now I do 1 hour at home 4 days a week(alternating between aerobics/ Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred/Lesley Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds , 2 hours at the gym twice a week, and 1 day off.
I know that's more than you actually asked for but better more than too little right? At this point (in my opinion) you should be taking several 10 minute walks a day.) I GAINED 13 pounds in the hospital(water weight) and didn't lose that(and my next 8 pounds until 13 days after surgery. You watch- it'll get better/faster!!

Thank you so much and I am glad to be on the losers bench. I see your stats and I would like to mirror that if I could. Did you do alot of exercising at the beginning. I am at a slow weight loss and I do not know why so slow.
