Hi Tashini,
Thought I would drop you a line, as you met my friend Delia (Bianco) at the support group on Wednesday. She said you look amazing!

I did send you mail back in February, asking you a couple of questions, but no matter, I did ask Mr Sarkar about the gallbladder...so they dont remove it then.

Also, what exactly does the pre op diet consist of? Is it just weight watchers soup and yogurt? What kind of yogurt? How long is the pre - op diet for? I thought I would have to do 2weeks of just protein followed by 2weeks of clear soup? Have I got it all round my neck? Sounds like I have.

My update is I have seen the dietician, had the doppler scan and now have appt for the pyschiatric profile to be done at UCH with Ms Lisa McClelland on 21st May, and then a follow up in clinic 2nd June. I have had to chase chase chase for all these appointments, it is really quite exhausting.

How have you been? Is your weight stable now? What kind of food do you have to eat to maintain? I did read earlier today, that someone on this site was gaining again? How can that happen if our pouches are so small? Do they stretch back to normal size after a while? I hope not.

Hi Tashini just thought i would let you know i had my gastric sleeve on 2/4/08 and it all went ok except for the drain getting caught when it was time to come out i am still in quiet a bit of pain and feel very tired but everyday is a bit better. I hope you are feeling better you were feelig very tired and having problems with eating i hope it is settling hope to hea from you soon Annmarie
