Are you feeling better now? Hope you are and that you have been able to swim. I went swimming last weekend and it felt ooooohhhhh soooooo good! Now I just need to find a place around here that has an indoor pool (we live in a smaller town). Keep up the good work and keep in touch!

I haven't lost any in 5 days =( Guess my body is freaking out thinking I am never going to feed it again, who knows. I am ready to get this fat off! Glad you are doing well. I love to swim also! We will have to keep on each other about the exercising, I know I need to do a lot more!
