How are you?? How you getting on? I met my surgeon yesturday, I am getting it done in Dublin now because my husband got his guide dog so it would be a little awkward to bring organise everything to get to Hull. I should have it done sometime this year. Yipee at last. How do u find eating out with ppl now at this stage. we eat out a fair bit and i dont want to stand out like a sore thumb . sorry bout all the questions.

Hi Catriona-sorry you are still having health issues-very frustrating when you are so anxious to get on with it.
I am doing fine-slow but steady.Am down about four and a half stone and an 18 in Dunnes jeans-bliss!! hunger has come back this past fortnight and I am having to be VERY VIGILANT with myself as I could easily graze if not(think its the cold weather too)all in all tho, I have been trouble free and my energy is great.
    Hope things improve for you
    Say hello to Mr O

Sorry for not answering your note sooner, it is also good for me to have someone near in age to talk to. Did you have RNY op, I did not know you could have op in Cork, I did know of WLS hospital near Bray I waited 4yrs to get seen and went to see a team every 4wks for 1yr it is done on NEHB, to me the surgen did not know what he was doing would not let him near me! So this is why I wasted time, before going to see Dr Dilleman he is one fab Doc. Got a note from Noonie she is doing very well since surgery. Good to hear you are going to UK for AGM would have joined you only will be in Spain from 22nd Sept till 26th Oct as we have a home there so we come and go all the year. I hope the weight loss is good for you. Have to go but will talk soon again. Luv denee [Denise]

Ah so glad to hear that the lbs are disappearing i know what you mean about the scales i could be on them 3 times a day but funny enough only when i am dieting when im not i never want to see scales funny hey!!!!
Think all my plans are in place now nothing left to organise. Need to start to pack but am a little confused to what clothes to bring with me as the weather is very changeable at the minute. Have been on slimfast for 2 weeks and lost 5.5lbs but have been quite bad since monday so need to get back on track tomorrow, my surgeon does not requst a pre-op diet but i wanted to loss some weight as i picked up quite a few lbs since i booked the surgery, so will stick with slimfast till i have my op.
Getting very nervous, my tummy has constantly got butterflies and i keep asking myself am i doing the right thing and although i know i need to do this it does not stop these nerves.....
    Keep intouch.
