I've added you as a friend because I'm a fellow longterm postop person, and like you I have congenital hip dysplasia. Had a replacement hip put in at age 33. How about you?
I'm sorry to hear that you're still struggling with your weight, even at 4 years postop. You're not alone in that, as you can see in the forum, and I hope you find what you need to get to where you want to be. -

Trying so hard to get back on track, face that I can't do it alone, stop beating myself up for my failings... UPDATE: Well, after the 7 lb. drop last week, this week I didn't lose *anything*.
Didn't gain, but it's discouraging.
