Hi there! How are you doing? I am good. Nothing new with me really. Any plans for the 4th? I have lost 78 pounds since my surgery. 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks. That's discouraging!!!

Hello!! How are ya? My weekend is going well....except for some really unpleasant cramps. They're much worse since I lost this weight. It sucks. I try to go walking almost daily. <3 I am feeling pretty good overall, too!! But yea, I do have an occassional snack. I hope to talk to you soon!! Take Care ~

hey girl! sorry ive been MIA. been busy with my two little ones. well congrats on having the surgery! No wonder i didnt hear from ya in a while and its hard to keep track of who had the surgery or when. Soo are you feeling a little better now? I heard people gained weight when they leave the hospital but quickly lost the weight during the first week. As for me, i didnt weigh myself when i was discharged and i weighed myself TWO weeks after the surgery and then i knew i lost some weight.
So you were told not to excerise till 6 weeks? hmm, thats interesting. My doctor encouraged me to excerise as soon as i can. But you can walk and you should walk so you can heal faster.
Take care and talk to you soon.

ya you definitely want to exercise, because regardless, the weight WILL come off... but deffffinitely no where near as fast and you will have saggy skin no question about it. we're so young that the elasticity is still there, so with exercise we wont need to consider plastics! the people in my surgery group (same day as me) have lost about 50-55lbs. I;m 2 lbs from 80 just to give you a glimpse.
