The chewing is a pain isn't it...lol I'm still wicked scared about that so I pretty much only eat really soft stuff. I was doing fine with shrimp but, my pouch decided that she didn't like that anymore. So far I have not had any stalls but, then I only weigh myself once a week. I know it's coming but, no matter what I'm in better shape today than I was last month at this time.

Thanks for the friend request. It's going okay. I guess I still have to learn to chew, but other than that..very pleased. Made it through my first plateau this week. Have you had any stuck spots in your weight loss?
