Well, your face looks pretty skinny to me. Regarding fat heads, I suffer from that as well. Even when I was 125-130 lbs, I had a massive head. I passed on the trait to my son, who also has a big noggin. My theory....bigger skulls hold bigger brains! We all must be freaking geniuses!
