I have been in your shoes! TRUST ME! I had to do 2 weeks, and it was horrible. I was able to have milk though. No soups, just broth. I lost 24 pounds on the liquids! That was the good part. I do remember after like day 5, it did not bother me. My PCP had told me, ones body just gets used to it. I guess no because the first few days were the worst. It was a hard thing to do, but I did it because I wanted my surgery to go smoothly with NO complications. You will do this, and you are in for the ride of your life!!!!

haa you are too funny yeah the diarreah with the liquid diet is the worst girl listen to you cooking! yummmy you gotta learn to make that flan with splenda or something and then give me some. (i cheated like a few days on the diet and it was fine) keep up the incredible work sister i'm too excited for you too

I haven't written for a while nor can I find the time for the next couple of months as I am totally renovating my home and every breathing moment is taken with rewiring, replastering, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, tiles, carpets, paint colours, etc, etc! Great fun though! I'm too busy to turn to food for comfort! Snacking is a risk but hopefully pretty much under control!
