If you like if you p.m. with you land line number,I will have a chat with you, on skype how did it take to lose the weight, within the year I went from 342 to 167lbs, to finally get to 141 took the next eight months speak to you soon by the way you are doing brilliantly

There is a support group not far from me, in Shoreham, that meets once a month if thats not too far for you. I havent been yet but they do send me messages to inform me of the meetings.

Yah another UK friend! Well congrats on the surgery and weight loss so far -24lbs in a few weeks?? Wow - how are you feeling? Tell me everything - I am still waiting for my Sleep Apnea results so I can get a surgery date! Im climbing the walls waiting!
