Thank you for your comment. I just did exactly what the doctor said. My weight loss has slowed now. I still have about 40 lbs to loose and I hope I will have it off by my 1 year aniver. If I had any suggestions it would be to be patient with yourself allow your body to go through all of it's processes. There will be more to deal with than just weight loss. I did not expect that part. Take your vit (start now) move anyway possible some of mine in the begining was just from the chair moving my legs and arms. Then this last week I hike in yosemite to the waterfalls Wow that was a big one for me. My deepest joy in meeting you. You are gonna do great. Thank you. It's a work in progress. Everyday is a new challenge for me. Just remember that they are not operating on your brain, just your stomach.
