Reflections:
Hind sight is always 20/20. Looking back over the years there are so many things I would have done differently had I known what the end results would be.
I think probably the most important thing I would have done differently given the chance to do it all over would be to take the time from work...

Finally have a date for the Sclerotherapy - August 15, 2008.
I have many random thoughts regarding this procedure. Should I just try to maintain? Should I try to lose some weight prior to the procedure so I don't have as much to lose? What am I really hoping the end results to be? I do want to lose to goal, and not to feel hungry all the time. If I do will I be able to maintain?
Will this truly help or am I just beatting a dead horse...

Well last week was kind of rough. Last Thursday I hit 136.0. I was so depressed. This morning I am at 131.6 so I'm feeling a little better about that.
I went last night and bought a used rickety old treadmill. It's not as nice as the one I use to have, but it's better than the one I've had for the last year and a half (which is none) and the price was right. $50 bucks and $20.00 for gas to go get it. Oh well, until I can afford a new one, it will...

Well today is Tuesday, May 13, 2008. I've decidied to try to keep a journal to make mysellf accountable for my eatting habits, exercise and the like. Hopefully giving me a chance to examine my daily routine and change up a few things that I know I need to change.
