    Its Denise....i'm On Of Your Patients At Dr. M's Office, Just Wanted To Say Hello And Thank You For Being So Kind And Inspiring, Not A T All Sure If You Remember Me But I Am Having My Surgery On The 26th And Need To Make A Appt Shortly There After With Dr. M (missed My Last Follow Up) So I Will See You Soon...on The Other Side.....el Mucho Love, Denise
