I'm hoping your surgery on Monday goes perfectly and that they get EVERYTHING cleaned up and a long-lasting permanent fix is done to you.
For awhile now I've been scared I'll be dealing with the same things you're dealing with internally. I figure with the other stuff that's starting to come out, the vitamin and mineral deficiencies, that it's only a matter of time before I get bowel crap going wrong. Oh, and I've been on a lot of painkillers over the years, so with the constipation from THAT I'm terrified of my bowels getting twisted, obstructed or blowing out like a tire! Fingers crossed...and I want to hear from you after surgery. Maybe we should exchange numbers? I'd like to be a buddy and report back here. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW! Not that it will dissuade them, but who knows...it may help someone in SOME way, right?
