I went to the doc. yesturday.She told me to eat more. I have never been told that before in my life.lol She said my weightloss is a little faster than she wants. I lost 69 pounds in 78 days. I thought i was eating too much.lol I am slowing down a little now.

I am heading back stateside in the next few weeks but he has until 2012 here. I know what you mean about staying in though. I enjoy the scenery and love to drive around but the exchange rate is killer, so shopping is out.

Thanks for the congrats! I seem to be doing pretty good so far 70 pounds down in 3 months!! You look great!! I still have 46 pounds to go to hit my goal weight of 170! Do you happen to know 3 months out about how many calories I should be staying under?
I do exercise at the gym a average of 5 days a week?

Some days I like it, other days I don't. I miss having the convenience of being stateside. Not to mention family. I've been to Trier a few times, but my fav place so far is Garmisch.
