Hey Nei. I hope we find a cure for these migraines. I have my next scheduled appointment with my Doc on the 30th of June so I'll be discussing better options for meds, if I finally find a med that works for them and agrees with my RNY stomach I'll definitely let you know. Take care hon.

Thanks for the compliment! I am pretty proud of what I have done so far. If I were to stop losing now I would be fine. But I'm still losing a little right now. So I will see what happens and then I will see if I can maintain it!

I noticed that too. Actually i noticed if I eat at least 3 times a day it has increased. i finally bought a pilates dvd today. It is 10 min pilates. i figured 10 min is better than none. My girl friend and I are going on a cruise May 31st so I am going to have to step it up with the working out. I plan on spending a lot of time poolside!!!!
