Thanks for the welcome! How are you feeling about this process? What made you decide on having surgery?

It got cancelled because of my gastric bypass...they said I had to be 3 yrs post op because there is no "regional" medical there. We now have orders to Alaska and still have to get medical clearance but shouldn't be a problem cause I believe they have "regional" medical there...if this gets cancelled I'm gonna scream!

Hi, Rebecca..just saw your post in the "newbie" section...and saw that you're an army mom...I'm also an Army "mom" of sorts..I've got guys I've "adopted" deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan & the Philippines..I'm a military "brat" so it's second nature to be a forever-USO, kinda.
