hello my dear dimpled friend lol
not much new with me here, although according to my scale i was in Rappaport territory last week...it says i lost 5 lbs last week......wooo hooo so now i am solidly in onederland....feels darn good.
So whats going on in Godsend land? Have you lost like 23 lbs since we last spoke.....cause i would soooooooooooo know u had it in u to do so......
muahhhh

lol I was told I will most likely lose 50-60 within the first 6 weeks.

Fun? Not quite yet. My pouch is healing so it won't tollerate anything cold or room temperature. It's a pain. I move on to purees in one week, and then do them for 6 weeks, then on to soft food. Had my two week post-op appt today and I'm down 24 pounds.

HA! I totally have ESPN...lol My husband is in Finance and is helping to slowly slowly close down the posts over here. He's getting ready to deploy in January unfortunately...

So glad to see you are home safe and sound. It sounds like you had a wonderful time but it sure is hard getting back, isn't it? We will be leaving for our vacation on Aug. 9 for a week. I can't wait. We haven't been camping for 2 years. I really have been missing it. I think I'm going to be ready too. I'm running the Burn Clinic for the 2 weeks just before we go. It will be full time and the summer clinics are crazy!!! The clinic nurse is taking vacation so I'm covering for her. This will be a new experience since I've only done the clinic one single day. NOT 10 days.

I'm doing well. Nothing earth shaking. I am helping my surgeon's office plan the Walk from Obesity, this year. They are over seeing it and my surgeon's nurse told the Exercise Physiologist to contact me. I talked to him last night and he would like my help. Maybe another way to get my foot a little further in the door?
