    Rach,

you are such a crack up! I'm glad to here that all is well! I am sick of the same foods too! How are you doing on getting in all of your protein, and water? How much have you lost? I'm down about 21lb, and yesterday made 1 month for me. For some reason I feel discouraged about what I have lost. I feel like it's not going to work for me. Silly???? I guess it's all of the failure that I've experienced in the past.

I'm not a good cook, so that makes it hard for me. I started work 2 weeks ago. I am so tired by the end of the day! Whew! I want to start exercising, but my back pain and energy levels aren't there yet. How about you, are you exercising?

    anything new with you?

    Smooches!

We got through the storm well, thank goodness, but many that we know did not. One of my co-workers was killed when he tried to move a tree away from his roof. The aftermath is still going on, it is truly tragic for many people.

you know, I am having much less pain now, but I am a little worried why I can drink a lot of water pretty quickly with no discomfort or feeling full, also I am on my second week full liquid diet, and I don't get full when I eat, I am beginning to wonder if they actually did the surgery or just cut me open! hahaha

well not doing much of anything. I dont know why. I know i need to. I know whats gonna happen if i dont. i think i got mad at everything. I just didnt want to do any of it. I mean food was my best friend and now all of the sudden its not anymore. I cant eat ,drink water, or do the things i use to. I know i did this all for the good. i know this will get better. I just think i had a bad week. I feel better today. maybe i needed to read some words that you said for it to be real. I will start new again tomorrow. i hope you are doing ok. What stage are you on. i am going on my 3rd stage. i will listen and take in everything you have said. I have lost any more weight-steady at 217lbs. lost 26 so far. I think you are right since i am not doing what i am suppose to be doing my body is in starvation mode and isnt letting anything go. So when do you all come back to the states. it would be nice to meet someone going through what i am. i hope you are starting to feel better. i am sorry that you are going through so much right now.

Hey Rach, i know you probaly can relate to this. My husband and I decided today that heal would go to Japan for 24 months. I have never done anything longer than a 6 month deployment. I know it is something that we have to do. I am a real estate agent. The market is horrible. so needless to say I am not making the money I was. We have this new house so basicalliy it is a nessity do to our financials. Have had to be away from your hubby that long?

Congratulations on your surgery!!! I can't wait for my date!!! Thanks for contacting me. I am sorry you are having complications. I am glad you don't regret it though. How did these complications happen? I do have tricare prime. I do have comorbs HB and HC. I hope that I get approved soon. I haven't submitted yet to insurance. I have to get a cardio clearance. Hope to get that next week though.

Well, it's been almost 3 weeks since my surgery. It's been a crazy crazy crazy ride, let me tell ya. First, the complications with the equipment during the surgery and then the damn needle that was tearing me up inside for 2 weeks. I still can't believe that man. *sigh* I'm still in pain, tired of being in pain, I'm sure it's from the needle that was damaging in there for 2 weeks but I'm ready to feel good again man. I mean hell I was in constant pain prior to surgery but not like this...this is...

So lately I've been thinking of things I can't wait to be able to do:

-HAVE A BABY!

-slide right into a booth at a restaurant without my husband having to move the table back

-go through a turnstile like regular people

-I want to be able to take a walk in shorts without having to pull the legs down every five damn steps because my mutten chop legs are rubbing too hard together

-buy pants or shorts and have them last longer instead...
