I signed up for the program on Jan 12th. I attended my 1st pre-op support group on Jan 13th. I have to attend two meetings a month, but I can go every week. They are taking care of my diet history, which means I get weighed and B/P taken every support group I attend. The classes are really informative. I have already gotten my letter of recommendation from my family doctor, and have had my psych eval. So, I am good until July then I have an appointment with my surgeon. Do you have to pay any money up front?

Yeah, I am so stoked about this whole journey. I am doing my 6 month diet history at my surgeons office. They are taking care of everything so I don't have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. Are you attending pre-op support classes?

I saw where you were asking people if they had Cigna Insurance. I do have Cigna, and I am on my 6 month diet history now.
