Hey! You don't know me but I just wanted to come by and say thank you for understanding that just because someone -can- eat something doesn't automatically mean that they are going to over-eat it. I am reffering to your thread here: http://www.thinnertimesforum.com/344804-post12.html. Mind if I friend you? Hope you have a good one!

Hi John! You are such an inspiration! I was wondering how did you learn about building muscles and lowering your body fat. Since I am a woman I don't think I can really get to 8-10 % BMI. But I'd like to get to 20%. Is there a book you can recommend? Did you have to work with trainer who advised you? I posted "how to improve" questions in Exercise forum. If you have a minute, could yuo comment on some of them.
    Thanks!

    Hey, man,
Been trying to sort through your story. I am just under 400lb now and looking at surgery in December. I am inspired by your journey and hope to sort of follow in your tracks. i did not realize a WLS person could build their bodies. So, I am excited to see your results.
    Thanks,
    Kelly

Ok i agree with Amanda's comment how do you constantly shock your body? Cause thats what i need to do. Also can you maybe tell me how many calories i SHOULD be burning i just have no idea how to do all this and yeah i have 60 more pounds to loose and i guess this is where the REAL work begins (again) and anykind of workout routine you'd recommend for me i'd really appreciate it John

Hey there .. I was reading a post you put out there about stalls and that you can really avoid them by shocking your body. I would really love to hear how you shock your body and how you dealt with stalls. I am down to my last 50 pounds so I know I need to change my routine and back down a little on the cardio and start more strength training. But would love to hear things that worked for you . If you have already posted this I couldnt find it... so a link would be great... Thank you
