I find hearing your comments to others encouraging and wonderful that no matter how you are doing with your weight loss you take time to give others support. By the way how is the whole coffee BM problem doing? I hope you worked that out by now. I have the opposite problem and have to take extra dulcolax everyday.

Hi, I live on the Oregon Coast about 100 miles west of Portland. Very small town. I couldn't take the heat of Modesto, Ca. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Yea some rough areas in Stockton. LOL. Glad I don't have to visit there.
