    Thanks Phoenix and I am happy to be home. You have made me feel so comfortable on the board and I do appreciate all your tips. I was wondering when did you see a BIG difference in weight loss? I am almost 2 weeks post opt and so far I have only loss 8lbs, is this good or bad?
