June, 2006 - 3.5 years post-op and a little too chubby for my taste :p
But not too bad ;-) from 300 lbs. as my all-time high!

June, 2007 - Newport, Oregon at Rogue Brewery (mmmm) yes, in moderation, beer after WLS is possible. This is 4.5 years post op though...for those...
