Hi Mary. Just stopping by to say hi! I haven't seen you around here in awhile, so I hope things are okay.

Question for you please.....I remember that when I went through the Magee pre-op program, they said that I had 2 future (free) visits with a dietician. Not sure if I got this because I did the private program, or if the group program got it too. Do you know anything about it? If so, have you went in for your follow up dietician appointments? Was it helpful, or was it the same useless drivel that they gave during the pre-op classes? I live almost an hour away from Magee, so I don't want to waste my time if it's not worth it. Thanks!

Hi Mary. Yeah, the scale drives me freaking nuts. It's been stuck for about 3 weeks, but I swear my pants feel looser. I've never measured myself, but I should really start. I've been slacking off on my food journal, so I think I need to re-commit to doing that.

Maybe I'm part grizzly bear...you know, storing fat to hibernate for the winter. Lol.

Hi Pgh3....I just noticed on your signature that your surgery is the day before mine at Magee (I'm May 29). I'm so glad you were able to get everything approved with your insurance, and get a surgery date. Maybe we'll see each other while walking the halls at Magee. Best of luck! Sherry
