You are really an inspiration to me. I look at your pics and I am amazed at how you look. You should be very proud of all that you have accomplished. Thanks for adding me as your friend.

We loved Puerto Rico too and stayed about 2 hours to the west of San Juan in Rincon seeing the SW beaches of San Juan, they were lovely with few people. One beautiful beach was all ours one day. It was amazing. We will go again for another winter getaway.

I love your pics from your cruise. My husband and I went to Puerto Rico for 10 days last June, and it was wonderful. You have done great with your weight loss.

Paul, thanks for your recent note! Enjoy the ThinnerTimes cruise--wish I was joining all of you, but just not possible during my "busy season". I had physical therapy in a very warm swimming pool yesterday and all's going well with my rehab efforts.
    Ciao!

    Hello Paul,
I Just want to say congrats on your success! I also noticed that you had your surgery in Pisa, Italy. In a couple of weeks my husband and I will be traveling down there to visit that area for our 9th anniversary. I was wondering if you could give any tips of places to visit or things to do. Thank you!
Your pictures are amazing by the way! )

    Ciao, Paul!
Just a word of gratitude and greeting to a friend who has been so inspiring to me. I finally had my right hip replaced on October Tenth and my rehab, while slow, is going well. (My surgeon held the xray up and proclaimed, "Reverend, you have the femur of a gorrilla!" which might possibly have raised my testosterone level by 100% and certainly made me most happy!) Anyway, I hope all's well for you and just wanted you to know that YOUR successes helped breed my success. God be with you, my friend. I hope all's well with you, your partner, and all the people who you hold special in your life! Ciao and Grazie!

Wow...you've had a busy and fun summer! We've had a pretty good one too, staying busy with company and fun stuff. Going camping next weekend with a bunch of friends. In December we are moving to Alaska as hubby is in the AF. Can't wait...should be a fun journey. We will be there for 3 yrs! Way cool! Anyways...nice hearing from you and hope you will pop in from time to time! huggles!
