I've got about 7 stone to lose. Got family, well my mum and dad, as my brothers aren't that supportive they can't understand why I can't just eat less and go to the gym. A couple of close friends know and they're being great. I've not told my employers, because I've not been here that long and I think they would find it difficult to be sympathetic, so I've had to say I'm having 2 weeks off for a hernia op.

wierd how it's not really a subject we can talk about to our employers and general people we meet, there's still a massive stigma about it isn't there.

    ahh thanks so much!

I'm trying...lol it's really not that difficult once you have got the hang of it. I've lost 17 kilos now. and finally fit back into a size 16 jeans.

How much do you have to lose? do you have family to support you whilst you go in?

forgive me if i don't get back asap my son is on his holidays so i have to entertain him.

    Regards.
