The surgeon doesn't want to do the surgery.

Hi. Jon brought this to me and I wanted to get a little more info. He said you were denied due to RA. Was it the surgeon or the insurance? How far advanced is your disease? The only thing at this point that I can think of is because you have an autoimmune dx, putting a foreign object in your body may aggravate the situation. I'm going to ask around to see what I can come up with. Did they say anything about a RNY? Sue
