I was looking for you when I was in the hospital last week but they said you were rescheduled, I had to go in for a upper GI today they had to fix a few things and I have afeeding tube in my arm I'm having a hard time

Hi Paijj, I do believe you and I may be "home girls". I'm also in York, PA and anxiously awaiting insurance approval so Dr. Monk can get the ball rolling! Anyway, good luck with your surgery...everything will be fine. Take care.

I'm not sure ...but I think you are referring to my "risking my life 2 days before my son's b-day"....if that is the case then I just mean that I am having my surgery two days before his birthday...hence risking my life, I have never been under anesthesia, have no idea how I will react, and since surgery always carries a risk of dying....Besides, to a 6 year old..if I die, he is always going to look at it as my fault.... that I chose to leave him.... I am not afraid of dying, just afraid of leaving my family .
