Ahh ok then, never heard of that before. I think I've actually been doing all the wrong stuff though you know. I don't weigh my food but I measure it so it's only ever half a cup but I eat fast, don't have any problems with it so maybe that's just me. As for the shakes, here in aus protein shakes aren't pushed like they are in the states so if I don't have to do them I'm not, they taste fowl anyway lol.

I'm now 4wks post-op and doing pretty well. Dr. says I can now eat stage 3 foods. I'm down about 28lbs. I just started my new exercise routine today as well. Lets hope that will help me to loose more by next week.

Im about 3wks post op and I feel really good. I'm actually going to go back to work next week because I don't have anything to do. I lay out at the pool, watch TV or play on the internet...all day long. ugh.. can't wait for Tuesday to get here. I'm sure I'll something else to add once Tuesday 5am is here.

I'm 4 weeks post op now and feeling pretty good. I've lost about 28lbs..I was a little worried, but the doctor says we all loose differently. I'm fine with that. I'm now on 3rd stage foods and seem to be able to eat about anything..accept sugar free pudding. We didn't get along to well so no more of that. I need to get more exercise and will unbury my treadmill in my hubbys office this weekend. We just moved so there's boxes everywhere in the office. I know that once I start an exercise routine...
