Congrats on taking the steps towards a healthier you. My surgery date is 10/6 and I have started compiling a list of all the foods I want to eat before the big date. top of the list is Ms. Fields cookies, Oh my. The psych evaluation is not bad and the rest of the process will fall into place if we do the work required of us. I was lucky, my surgeon didn't get me a number of pounds needed to lose before surgery, but i have done good. they want to see the weight loss so it will show behavior modification for sucess after the surgery. I try not to think of it as what i am giving up but what i will be gaining in return. Glad that you found us.
