Just read about your shopping trip, it's brilliant.
I tried some clothes on yesterday that I haven't worn for 13 years and they fitted, I was gobsmacked, I still can't get used to clothes being too big for me.

Thanks for your lovely message. I felt great when I saw my weight drop under 400lbs. I can't believe how quickly it has come off, particularly after a 4 month plateua.
A small question for you - have you heard from Norwegian girl? She hasn't posted for yonks and hasn't answered the private message I sent her. Very unlike her.
