Ooops, sorry for putting my foot a little bit in my mouth there. You're so right that weight lost is weight lost. I agree. So, thanks again for that sweet comment. I definitely don't think I have any secrets, other than the normal stuff like tracking every single thing on fitday.com, drinking at least one protein drink a day, trying to exercise (but not often enough). I think I eat more than most people, actually. I really, really have to fight to get my calories below 1200 a day, which I had really hoped would never be a problem back in the early days of choking down 1/3 cup of cream of wheat, LOL. Hey, let's make a pact that if either of us every DOES find any secrets to this darn process that we'll let each other know, 'k? You keep up the awesome work, too!
I am also counting my weight loss before surgery. I lost 24 before surgery... BUT, weight loss is weight loss, so it is all added together! Thats the way I look at it! So, I guess I am only down 85 since surgery, but who is counting! Thanks for the friend request.. Keep it up girl!
Aw, that's really sweet, but mistaken. I'm actually not doing as well as other September Staplers. I lost 35 pounds during my pre-op diet, so it's only been 97 pounds since my surgery. YOU are the one kicking butt on weight loss - 109 pounds since surgery, right?? I've been admiring your and PollyC's numbers and you guys rock! I want YOUR secrets!
