Nevermind, I get bad days too and all I do is to get back on track as soon as possible ;-)

These next couple of months are going to be difficult with the winter months, all the parties and Christmas in Denmark ;-)

    Take care

    Hi Gwen,
Just seen you left me a wee message on one of my old threads so thought i would pop over and say hello.
Sorry not been online much recently been very busy in my own family life lots of celebrations going on and yes that also means lots of food opportunities!!!! I have to admit that my diet has been quite poor over the last week need to get back on track, i find that i can eat most things now just not as much as i used to. I have to confess to nibbling at party food naughty me hmmm.... no from tomorrow im back to being a good girl and chosing more healthy options.
Weight loss going ok i am now down 3 st 8.5lbs so im really happy even got into my old size 18 jeans which made me feel great.
How are you? Still see you being a god send to others what would we do without you? You are a great help to others a true star lol.
Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi Gwen,
Sorry im so late in replying but thank-you so much for your information, it means alot as sometimes i feel quite lost and wonder if im doing right or wrong.
My gp prescribed me forceval vitamins and the seem fab only problem is that im afraid to swallow them they are quite big so im taking boots a-z at the minute.
Must see if she will prescribe me the ursofalk as i am so frightened of needing gallbladder surgery so they would be great as a preventative measure.
I have started to take 2 protein shakes a day that gives me 50g of protein so hopefully that along with the food im eating should be enough.
Hope you are well, will be intouch soon, take good care.

Oh yes, I forgot to add that I am also with Vicci on the prevention of gallstones and for that I took Ursofalk (self prescribed) which I took for the first 4 months!!!

    Hi Noons

I'm with Vim on the Berocca - Boots do them sometimes on special 3 for 2.

    Other than that I take a Holland & Barrett B Complex + C and also a Boots Omega Oils 3, 6 and 9.

I don't take any protein supplements (at this stage) as I feel that I get all my protein in from the food that I eat. Early out I use to take the Whey Protein Vials (42g) which I diluted with water - don't taste very nice but did the trick ;-)

    That's about it

    Hi Gwen,
Firstly can i say wow look at you, you look fab well done on reaching your goal!!!!!!
Im doing ok i suppose, think im struggling a wee bit this week, i have no appeptite or want to eat as eating seems such a chore and i dont seem to enjoy any food now.
I know i should be happy as im only 4 weeks out and have lost 23.5lbs since op and a total of 29 lbs since i started my pre-op diet so there is a noticeable difference in my body shape.....
Just finding eating very tough and dont think im getting enough water or protein in oh i hope this gets a little better i suppose i miss food/eating!!
    Anyway onwards and upwards hopefully.
    Lovely to hear from you
