Last few days have been eating alot of naughty foods and no effect which has scared me as now i feel i crave them and i can see the old me reappearing and i dont ever want the old me back!!!!!
Its scary!!!!!!
Have sent hunnybunny a few messages but not heard from her in a wee while hope all is ok....

Thanks for getting in touch, i have lost 3 stone 3lbs so im happy with that, still loosing although i do get weeks with no weight loss, not help by the fact that i drink too much wine!! but you hav eto enjoy life at the same time eh!! i try to go to the gym 3 times a week and have just bought a puppy so lots of walks will be in order soon!!
I can eat anything and dont seem to dump.
Have you heard from tina?? i sent her a txt a couple of weeks ago and she has not replied, not heard from her for ages.... i hope she is ok??

I am good the weight loss has started to slow up now but in total ive lost 3st 8.5lbs so am still a happy camper.

29lbs thats fantastic!!! i have lost 30lbs so we both the same!! i dont seem to be having the problem that you are with food though, i can eat anything and everything as quick as i like!! not always the best thing though, have had a couple of dumps when i have pushed things to far!, i knew that hunny bunny was on here, thats how i found you, through your messages together so just though i would get in touch and see how your getting on!! barry and the kids ok?

Im fine have lost 29lbs in total so very happy although my appeptite is playing with me i do miss food its the whole mental thing i got to get used to!!!
How did you know my profile name Noonie? just wondering maybe i told you but hey great to hear from you have you heard from your room mate? She is also on the site aka hunnybunny.
