Its the final countdown!!! I bet your just as excited as me, if not more!! I think i probrably just gained all 10lbs back coz i ate a massive double choc muffin yesterday

Just poppin in to say hi and hows things?
I went to my pre assessment on Friday and had my weight checked (im down 10lbs) and loads of tests including chest xray's (i used to smoke) an ECG and also tests for MRSA and blood works so if all is ok, things will go ahead on the 3rd August. I would of had to go into hospital the night before surgery (coz i live 2hrs away) if i hadn't manage to persuade them that i would be there at 6:30am no matter what!!! Im so happy they let me because it would be horrible to stay in overnight feeling well!!

Im ok , had a few bad days over the weekend grrrrrr and put on 2 pounds JAYSUS !!!!!!!!! grrrrr food glorious food god I hate it lol
My surgery just seems like years away 10 weeks tomorrow ...
I just want it done NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .....

Well its been a while from i have written in my blog, i guess in a way thats a good thing i think i am returning to a normal life again.
Since the rny op 15 weeks ago i have now lost a total of 63lbs and i feel great, im back in my 16/18 clothes and everyone's starting to notice the weight loss and im getting loads of great compliments. It sure does make a woman feel good!!!
As for eating i can eat pretty much anything now but in small quantities, however i do still have a sweet tooth,...

Well i've done it, its all over and im so glad to be on the other side.
My surgery was one week ago on wednesday past and it was uneventful thank god. I met Kel and Hunnybunny from the site and also 2 others Jo & Ricky who also had surgery the same day as me. We developed a good friendship and will certaintly be staying intouch, which is so nice as we also plan to support each other along our way!
To be honest the pain has always been minimal and i have not taken pain medication from...

Well when i started this journey i never thought i would be at this point only 6 days left and this time next week with the help of god i will be sitting on the losers bench yeeeee-haaaaa
Now the diet well to be completely honest i could not stomach the slimfast and have only managed to loss 5.5lbs but i suppose it is still a loss but for the remaining week i am on a very strict low calorie high protein diet so hopefully i will shift a few more lbs before i see Dr Dillemans in Belgium....

Well eventually i have begun the slimfast diet yesterday and i feel so much better knowing that i am in control. Hope this diet will last for the remaining 4 weeks prior to surgery, so heres watching and hoping!!!

Well the final straw came today when i took my daughter and niece to a childrens party, we were all having a wonderful time when i bumped into a girl i used to work with and what did she ask me??? so how long have you left now?
OMG i thought as she was referring to me being pregnant and you can imagine her face and how i felt when i replied 'oh i had a wee boy 15 weeks ago'. I have never felt so disgusted with myself 
so in a funny way she has helped to kick my butt into shape although...
