JW what is Linex?? I've been doing the workout videos through BeachBody. They have an awesome support system and really challenge you to get healthy. I've been doing them for a couple of years now, but just recently got serious about it. I had my surgery in 2000, and have been what they would call "successful" but still want to remove more weight. I say remove cause I don't want to find what I lost! LOL
