Long time no talk. How are things going for you?
I am doing great. I am down 80 pounds now and feel terrific.
Still not getting enough protein but doing much better.
My hair is starting to fall out but so far, it's not too bad.

Hello, Congrats on your surgery! I think it would be great to keep in touch with you since we are surgiversary buddies! Are you excited or nervous? I keep going back and forth between the 2. One minute the waiting is killing me and the next minute I am like, do I have enough time to get everything done?!? Good luck! Only 9 days left to go!
