Do you have a date yet or have you already had your surgery?

Hi my name is dee and Iam having the surgery done this Friday 10/3-/09, and Iam starting to get a bit scared i will bw having the gastrict /bypass and I would like to get some feed back on this can you please help me , on Monday I statred to get a panic attact is this ok. what can I do ......thanks

i'm gonna get some samples this week and i'll pick up one of those to try as well...i've heard alot of people on here like that one.

thats awesome, keep me posted..i went today to finish my stress test. the weather was so bad, it rained all the way up and back. glad to be home and outta this rain. have you picked out any protein drinks yet ..

yes i'm so excited..i called on wednesday and they had approved it on tuesday. my surgery is scheduled for nov 23, last one for the day. i have bcbs nd. from what i've heard bcbs is pretty straight forward about what all you have to have to be approved. they is a link on here under insurance that tells which bcbs requires and it list each bcbs, there is so many of them. so hows your stuff going, keep in touch

Hi MustangGirL. I am just starting out. Wednesday I go in to see my surgeon and Nutritionist. That is the start of my 6 months. yay! Nervous but ready to get this started. Thanks for the message!

Hey girl!!! I didn't have a preop diet but of course like any other surgery no eating after midnight that was it!!!

Thanks! I'm doing pretty good! Down 29 lbs since about a week before my surgery when I started my preop diet. I'm fighting a kidney infection right now but overall I'm very happy with how things are going! How is your journey so far?

No problem! I don't have a lot of friends in general (it seems lately) so I'm trying to be more outgoing!
