Ahh ok then, never heard of that before. I think I've actually been doing all the wrong stuff though you know. I don't weigh my food but I measure it so it's only ever half a cup but I eat fast, don't have any problems with it so maybe that's just me. As for the shakes, here in aus protein shakes aren't pushed like they are in the states so if I don't have to do them I'm not, they taste fowl anyway lol.

Egg Beaters is an egg substitute you can buy at the store. @ 4wks you can eat more stuff. I keep my sugar content from 0-6grms and I don't eat more than 3oz's no matter what. I had Chili tonite for dinner w/a little bit of shredded cheese. It was delic! I can eat 2-3 slices of deli meat, cottage cheese or a slice of lowfat deli cheese, 2 1/2 oz meatballs with marinara sauce...Ragu has the least amt of sugar. I can eat a silver dollar sz oatmeal pancake (Quaker Oates new brand) with SF syrup or SF jam & spray butter and 1/2 of sausage pattie or cream of wheat, watermelon, frozen berries. I let them defrost & sprinkle splenda on them so don't be afraid...Just keep within your boundries of 3 oz's and of stage III foods & drink your protein shakes & you'll be fine. I drink 2 shakes daily & always remember not to eat to fast.
