Sounds good. I was reading the July Staplers messages and was very helpful in knowing what to expect once I get into it. Definitely not easy but I think the further from the surgery day the easier it gets (so it sounds). I am going to take in everyone's ideas and suggestions and try it to see what fits for me. I wish the surgery was today for me as I'm ready but it look like I have about a year to wait! BLAH! You will probably be at your goal when I'm having surgery. Imagine that! Keep up the good work and positive attitude!

I agreewith mburgs... I wanna see more post-op pics. I hear and read about your success now I want to see it girl. Show us your hard work!

My 5month surigversary was just on 11/16!!!! ;-) I have a LONG time til my 1year!

I commend you for being totally honest about your journey. I know it is going to be a struggle but I'm prepared to face that battle. I know the tool (surgery) is a great tool and I will remember it is just a tool that I will have to do all of the footwork (exercise, healthy, healthy mind). Thank you for sharing!
