I agree, you are a friend indeed. I think both of our energy feeds off of each other. When I seen your pictures I worked even harder the next day doing my exercises. I am hoping to be down to 265 by Christmas. So wish me luck.

I think its great to have a friend like you...you give me inspiration in the tough times! We will for sure keep connected to give each other the strenght and encouragement we need!!!

Speechless. Your new pictures really shows a new happier person. My change is not as big as yours however I have lost a total of 53lbs since surgery. I still feel like that is not alot but its coming along. I did make it to twoterville on 10/22 finally. I am shooting for onederland next year sometime. Let's keep connected so we can continue to motivate each other.

Hey girl! How are things going? Everything is great this way! We went on our first camping trip over the weekend and it was wonderful! I never would have done it if I had not lost the weight that I have. Its great just to be able to get and be active with the family....I went for my 3 month (wow time has flown by) post op visit yesterday. I am 13 pounds awayfrom being out of the 200s! Oh I cant wait for the day that scale says 199........that will be cause for celebration!
