Hey Karen how are things? Girl just busy busy here. I finally hit the 50 lb loss mark. I didnt think I was going to ever get there. I am starting to feel hungry again. Thought that wasnt supposed to be happening. Anyways life is good. I feel so much better having this weight off of me. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing. Remember we are surgery buds!

hey hows it going? Im doing great! Working alot! Went for my 6 week appt and I am doing good. Need to get some more exercise though. I really want to see this weight come off. I saw this girl on here that lost 83 lbs in 4 months! I was impressed. Take care and talk to you soon!~

Karen! How are things with you? Much better on this end. Still doing the sipping and dont see where there is going to be room for full liquids today and I am not even going to try. I have been walking more and that seems to help with gas which has been alot of my pain. Whoo hoo! I feel better. Today I have to get out and get some liquid vitamins and the right calcium. The chewable vitamins are not cutting it. Anywho I hope you are doing great!

OMG next week!? That's awesome!! Don't be nervous...you're gonna do amazing! Trust me, go in with a positive attitude, don't think of things that can go wrong, cuz that is just going to JINX you!
