    Well Heather, I personally feel the more information you can get ahead of time the better. It helps you to prepare for the "what ifs" so that you have some idea how to handle all of those physical and emotional changes after surgery. So feel free to ask questions. I'm pretty open to almost anything. I'm 2 years postop and am also a baritatric support group leader so I do have some experience under my belt. *L*

    Hi Heather! I just noticed that you joined my little group of groupies. I wanted to welcome you to the group. I'm not totally sure about this crazy group of groupies *L* but for some reason they thought it benificial to follow me around. So if it makes them all happy, I'm game! Please know that I'm totally open to questions if you have any, I don't know everything but I try my best and I love getting to know new people. So welcome!

Okay take this advice from someone who has been there and who is going through this and the serious side effects that it has on your body! This is an extremely personal blog from me, this isn’t a forward or something that I received in an email. This is my actual experience! So with that being said, here is my story.

I decided after I had my oldest son that I wanted to wait to have another child, not to long but long enough to raise him and enjoy him as a baby, so I went to the doctors...

I'm going to try my first blog on here... So bare with me

As I said before when I introduced myself, My name is Heather.. I'm 32 years young.. I was born at Camp Lejeune Hospital and raised in Jacksonville most of my life..

Until I met my husband of 10 years and we where stationed at Fort Sill Oklahoma for 6 years until he was medically discharged and we moved back home here to NC...

I'm a mommy of three, two boys Devin and Christian ages...
