My surgeon asked me last night to come to the support group meeting at the end of the month and talk to pre-op patients about my road so far. eeeeeeek
he said i am doing pretty great for a smaller person......wut? who you calling smaller? lol he laughed...he meant someone who didnt have to lose more than 100lbs.
I am around, mostly late at night....i am a night owl. My kids are away in Florida until the beginning of august, so i also have alot of 'me' time right now, and taking advantage of it.

i havent tried the ice tea one, but i Love the strawberry kiwi (its sweet and i just all yogurt and obviously water to it and mix a "smoothie" in the morning and i like the fuzzy navel. but dont know about the ice tea but i do know the texture of nectar is yummy just like juice i think you would like it

I have seen in more than a few posts that u use the syntrax(sp) nectars and seem to like them. My doc and nut took me off protein shakes and wanted me to start getting in protein with food only....yea right...lol but i HATE and DETEST protein shakes. they physically make me ill.....so i was wondering if u ever tried the iced tea one?
I saw it on drugstore.com for like $23 and ordered it. I was thinking i could doctor it up with splenda/lemon if it is heinous lol and who dont like iced tea?????
I think my loss is slowing and its prob because i am forcing down food with protein and still not getting in what i need.......
