Yes, we both had lap RnY back in 2006. I had mine in Feb. and he had his in June. He lost weight way faster than I did but I think I've lost about 30 pounds more than him. Either way, we are both really happy with our loss and with our health.

I had my surgery on 5-1-08 and with pre-op diet i have lost a total of 45 lbs so far....almost half way there!!!! lol
My boyfriend had GP 3 1/2 years ago and lost a total of 100 lbs. He has been slipping lately and gaining alittle back.....grrrrr.....but since my surgery, he has been trying SOOO hard to get back on track, so i am proud of him.
Have you and your husband also had the same surgeries?
