yea i slide through there all the time.. parkway has changed alot. I remember when it was like a main street in a town. Now its got big department stores, electronic stores, etc.. Looks like downtown Brooklyn.. lol. My heart will always be there , got alot of memories both good and bad. But i escaped bklyn by the skin of my teeth, lol.Did some crazy things back then

Ok now this is toooooo freaky! I practically lived in Armondos as a kid!!! Best squares on earth....lol
I actually lived almost next door to the firehouse. Used to run around the streets right there lol
On the parkway like 2 doors from the firehouse was my grandfathers store. it is actually still there, just diff owners now.....Marino Hardware. Been there prob since the 70's or something.
And from Farragut......damn....im on TT and meet someone from the neighborhood!!!

Wow this is crazy. LOL. I lived on Farragut road too but on the other side. Between 105th and 108th. you lived up the street from the firestation right ? LOL. I used to always go to the pizzaria right outside the train sation on rockaway parkway. Armandos, best sacilians in NYC

I grew up on Farragut Rd between Rockaway Pkwy and East 98th was a nice place to live...def but i am happy now in NJ but there has to be people that we both knew or something....damn a canarsie guy.....lol
